Team Development and Outdoor Pilates at JISUHADA

Hello! We’re JISUHADA, a Korean semi-permanent makeup studio located in the Hongdae area ◡̈ ♡

On our recent day off, the JISUHADA team participated in a Team Mindset Seminar and enjoyed outdoor Pilates by the Han River!

Team Mindset Seminar

During the seminar, we used motivation balance checklists and cards to reflect on our personalities and roles within the organization.

It was a meaningful session that helped us explore how to lead a healthy organizational culture, encourage team members’ intrinsic motivation, and nurture each individual’s abilities.

When we think “I must do this”, it can create pressure, stress, or a sense of obligation, which often triggers avoidance.

But when we think “I want to do this”, we create positive goals like dreams, hopes, and success. This intrinsic motivation leads to self-driven action.

Through this seminar, we realized that growth and achievement come naturally when we pursue goals based on “I want”, rather than “I must.”

Within JISUHADA, each team member has unique strengths and roles, and we are excited to see how we can shape the future of JISUHADA together.

Outdoor Pilates by the Han River

After the seminar, we took our team to enjoy Pilates outdoors by the Han River.

Most of our work at the studio involves sitting and desk tasks, so this session was a great way to engage muscles we don’t usually use.

It was challenging but refreshing, leaving us feeling lighter and re-energized.
