Why JISUHADA’s results are never dependent on an individual’s personal sense, but consistently meet the standards of the JISUHADA brand.

Led by Chief Director JISU, we revisited and refined the design direction and standards that JISUHADA values, based on the diverse experiences and perspectives of each Vice Director.

Rather than defining a single “correct answer” and fitting everyone into that framework, we share individual ideas and sensibilities first. From there, we align them into one unified standard that represents the JISUHADA style. This process is essential to maintaining our identity as a brand.

This alignment goes beyond the Vice Directors who perform treatments. Managers handling customer support, mates, the remote team, and even the operations director all participate, ensuring that the entire operation moves forward under the same shared standards. After business hours, we also took time to discuss overall operational direction.

These discussions are not “meetings for appearance’s sake.”
They are meaningful moments dedicated to refining our internal standards and ensuring consistency in JISUHADA’s brand quality.
